                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A 
                   FOURTH ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DENNIS 
                   W. SMITH TO PERFORM INSPECTION SERVICES ON 
                   SEWER CONTRACT NO. 76B, DAYTONA HEIGHTS 
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM II, FOR AN ESTIMATED 
                   AMOUNT OF TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($24,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized a 
       Fourth Addendum to the Agreement with Dennis W. Smith to perform 
       inspection services on Sewer Contract No. 76B, Daytona Heights 
       Collection System II, for an estimated amount of $24,000.00.
